2. Listings and information

Property information, prices, availability and images are provided by owners and developers or prepared by us in good faith and are indicative only. They may change or be withdrawn without notice, and images may be illustrative. Rents are annual and quoted in UAE dirhams (AED). Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Our role

We act as an intermediary. We are not a party to any lease or sale agreement, and any transaction is subject to a written agreement between the parties and to the applicable regulations, including those of the Dubai Land Department and the relevant authorities of Ras Al Khaimah. We do not provide legal, tax or investment advice.

4. Enquiries

By sending a form you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Owners and landlords

If you submit a property, you confirm that you are entitled to market it and that the information is accurate. Listing with us carries no upfront fee; any commercial terms that may apply are agreed with you in writing beforehand.

The content, design, logos and images of this website belong to Palmera Signature Real Estate LLC, its licensors or partners and may not be reproduced without permission. JamesEdition and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable therein, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
